01Who these terms are between

These Terms of Use are between you, the learner who controls the account, and NeuraMach AI Studio Private Limited, which provides the standalone ScoreVedaa IBPS preparation product. “ScoreVedaa”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company and product.

By creating an account or accepting an updated policy, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy and, when you use an AI feature, the AI Usage Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using the account.

02Account eligibility

You must meet the account eligibility requirements to create this account. You must provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in method secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

We ask for a date of birth during signup only to perform the eligibility check. The date is not stored after that check. Contact ownership is verified by OTP before the account becomes active. Never share an OTP, password or payment credential with support.

03Availability

After sign-in, you can choose and save an IBPS course and see its current access status. Saving a course does not start learning access, a trial, a paper, Magic AI, PRGNA or checkout.

Course learning, tests, trials, AI learning features and payment are available only when the selected course and relevant capability are released with usable, rights-cleared, reviewed content. Public plan details and offer terms may change as courses and capabilities are released at different times.

04Course choice and access

Course selection happens only inside your verified account. The available choices are IBPS PO/MT, IBPS Clerk/CSA, IBPS RRB Officer Scale I, and IBPS RRB Office Assistant. The public website may describe these paths, but a public card or URL does not set your course.

Each course follows reviewed rules for its stages, section timing, navigation and scoring. If a course is not ready to teach, the account will show access as pending and keep learning, AI and payment actions closed. We may update these rules when official exam information changes; the paper instructions show the rules that apply before you begin.

05Magic AI and PRGNA

Magic AI and PRGNA have different jobs. Magic AI uses available preparation evidence to help organise strategy and next actions. PRGNA explains a selected gap and guides practice. Neither is a human teacher, counsellor, bank recruiter or official IBPS service.

When released, PRGNA may offer text responses in up to 28 language choices. That statement will not mean the entire interface, exam paper, legal text or voice experience is available in all 28 languages. A required paper language is released only after that version is complete and reviewed. The separate AI Usage Policy explains inputs, limits and safe use.

Before production AI is enabled, NeuraMach must verify its approved India-region processing path and provider evidence. Until that gate is complete, the feature remains unavailable. An approved release must fail closed rather than route learner prompts or context through a model or region outside India.

06Questions, papers and ownership

The original ScoreVedaa software, product design, questions, solutions, explanations and learning assets are proprietary intellectual property of NeuraMach AI Studio Private Limited. They are independently written and reviewed before release. Books and previous-paper files supplied for research are kept out of the question bank learners see. Transcription, light paraphrasing or changed numbers are not treated as original authorship.

You may use released content for your personal preparation during your access period. You may not sell it, publish it, upload it to another service, build a competing question bank from it, or use automated tools to copy it at scale. Exam names and official facts belong to their respective authorities; using an exam name to describe preparation does not imply endorsement.

07Payments and access periods

If checkout is available for your course, the checkout screen will show the exact plan or pass, payable amount, included GST, access period and any offer conditions before you pay. A payment is a manual, one-shot purchase. ScoreVedaa does not create an auto-debit mandate and does not automatically renew or charge the next period.

Paid access starts only after payment is confirmed and course access becomes active. If money is taken but access is missing, do not pay again; contact support with the order reference so we can resolve it. Refund handling is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and in the terms shown before payment.

08Responsible use

You agree not to:

• share, sell or transfer account access, or impersonate another person;
• bypass course access, timing, navigation, security or publication controls;
• scrape, bulk-download, republish or commercially exploit ScoreVedaa content;
• submit unlawful, abusive or harmful material, or try to make AI features produce it;
• probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the service except where a non-excludable right permits it; or
• upload passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or another person’s confidential data into Magic AI, PRGNA or support.

Fair personal study, accessibility tools and good-faith issue reporting are welcome.

09Accuracy, official information and outcomes

ScoreVedaa is preparation material, not an official notification, eligibility decision, admit card, result or recruitment source. Always check dates, eligibility, syllabus and results against official IBPS and participating-bank announcements. If ScoreVedaa differs from an official source, the official source controls.

We can make mistakes even after review. Use Report an issue or contact support so we can investigate and correct a problem. Analytics, plans and AI outputs are aids to judgement, not promises. We do not guarantee a score increase, cut-off, rank, interview, job, allocation or selection.

10Suspension, closure and deletion

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably needed to protect learners, the service, payment integrity, content rights or security, or when these terms are materially breached. We will not use a suspension to create an automatic charge. Where practical, the account will show the reason and a support path.

You can stop using the product at any time. A manual one-shot purchase does not renew, so there is no recurring subscription mandate to cancel. Signed-in learners can start a privacy, correction or deletion request from Help → Privacy & consent, or email Support.scorevedaa@neuramach.ai. Deleting an account and requesting a payment refund are separate actions.

11Changes, consent and contact

We may update these terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The version and update date appear at the top. If a material update needs fresh agreement, the account will show the changed terms and ask you to accept them before affected use continues.

Questions can be sent through the contact page or to Support.scorevedaa@neuramach.ai. The same inbox accepts privacy and grievance messages. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
